Looking for responsible team player to operate small presses. This is NOT a COMMERCIAL PRINT SHOP, We produce hundreds of products, many are printed items. Our Core business is to Law Enforcement with a product that is a Very High Quality Business Card we call a Shield Card. We produce everything IN-HOUSE and are looking for a TEACHABLE experienced Offset Printing Press Operator who wants a Ground floor opportunity with a growing company and a career relationship. Full time positions available Immediately, Education: Minimum High school diploma, Minimum 6 years directly related printing experience with ability to perform general press maintenance. Applicant must have own tools to perform service of equipment. And be thoroughly familiar with Press Room and Bindery operations. We are looking for an individual ready to learn foil and embossing techniques to run any one or more of 4 different offset printing presses, (2) two color and (2) one color press. Ability to learn detailed product information from company internet web site and computer familiarity a plus. This position can lead to management in the organization.

Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Print 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 color production
  
• Run Ryobi 2800 single color press, Ryobi 3200 two color T-Head Press,
  
• Hamada C-249E two color Press, Kluge 13x19 Foil Press, Thermotype NSF Foil Press
  
• Paper cutter, Baum Folder and Rotary card slitter.
  
• Maintain printing ink and solutions inventory, keep detailed records of production stocks.
  
• Perform equipment maintenance as necessary including lubrication and cleaning,
  
• and provision for necessary parts. Be prepared to learn and conduct Quality standards checks on all printing.
  
• Be able to lift up to 90# on to a shelf at eye level.
  
• Work with Sales Department and their orders to ensure they get them out in a timely manner.
  
• Be able to train and supervise a Press Apprentice together with other production staff
  
  

Hours 8 am to 5 PM (1 hour lunch). M-F, No Sunday Some ½ day Wednesday

Number positions (1), No part time available. Location: Payson, NEW downtown office location

Non-Smoker and Utah County residency requirements.

Salary range for Journeyman Press operator position with related experience ($10-21) hourly

Payday schedule: bi-weekly, Fridays 1 week in arrears
