Custodian and Facilities Maintaince

entire building top to bottom, grounds keeping, and Light maintaince as necessary. Seeking individual eager for long-term employment. Full time positions available October 2, 2006. This position can lead to advancement in the organization. Duties include but may not be limited to:
Hours 8:30 am to 5:30 PM in 5-8 hour shifts (1 hour lunch). M-F, No Sunday work. Number positions (1), No part time available. Location: Payson, downtown office location Compensation: Starting salary with no experience entry-level minimum wage: ($5.45/hr) Salary range for Custodian position with related experience ($6-$10/hr) Benefits: None at this time, No paid holidays, No sick leave, No paid vacation, No medical Insurance.
