Looking for responsible team player to learn offset printing and foil press operation, small presses experience a plus. This is NOT a COMMERCIAL PRINT SHOP, We produce hundreds of products, many are printed items. Our Core business is Law Enforcement with a product that is a Very High Quality Business Card we call a Shield Card. We produce everything IN-HOUSE and are looking for a TEACHABLE mechanically inclined individual who wants a Ground floor opportunity with a growing company and a career relationship. Applicant must have own tools to perform service of equipment. We are looking for an individual ready to learn foil and embossing techniques to run any one or more of 4 different offset printing presses, (2) two color and (2) one color press. Ability to learn detailed product information from company internet web site and computer familiarity a plus. This position can lead to advancement in the organization.

Duties include but may not be limited to:

• Print 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 color production
  
• Run Ryobi 2800 single color press, Ryobi 3200 two color T-Head Press,
  
• Hamada C-249E two color Press, Kluge 13x19 Foil Press, Thermotype NSF Foil Press
  
• Paper cutter, Baum Folder and Rotary card slitter.
  
• Maintain printing ink and solutions inventory, keep detailed records of production pad stocks.
  
• Perform equipment maintenance as necessary including lubrication and cleaning.
  
• Be prepared to learn and conduct Quality standards checks on all printing.
  
• Be able to lift up to 90# on to a shelf at eye level.
  
  

Hours 8 am to 5 PM (1 hour lunch). M-F, No Sunday Some ½ day Wednesday

Number positions (1), No part time available. Location: Payson, NEW downtown office location

Starting salary with no experience entry-level minimum wage: ($5.15)

Salary range for Journeyman Press operator position with related experience ($8-12) hourly

Payday schedule: bi-weekly, Fridays 1 week in arrears
