One of us had a Shield Card. The agent with the best looking business card was presumed to be the Senior Agent in charge. That really impressed me because we were all equal! I had become quite frustrated by the time I received my cards. In fact I regretted ordering them and called to attempt to cancel the order. I was told that they had been shipped. I didn't expect a wait that long when I ordered them. However when I saw my cards I was glad that I ordered Shield Cards. They look fantastic. I ordered them without ever seeing a Shield Card so I did not know what to expect. They are the best looking business cards that I have ever seen. I will recommend Shield Cards to my fellow officers. I will have to tell them to order WAY in advance of needing them. But they are worth the wait. I do however think that you would do much better if your delivery was shorter.

Nobody throws away a Shield Card, not even a criminal. I busted a suspected felon that I had been after for months, often tracing his movements to the home of his mother. I visited his mothers house, told her that it would go easier on her son if he gave himself up. I gave her my Shield Card. She agreed to talk to her son, and put my Shield Card behind a magnet on the fridge. I visited the house on several occasions and could see that my Shield Card was still on the fridge. Two weeks later I busted the guy and I couldn't believe my eyes when I found my Shield Card in his pocket.

I used to dread stopping a motorist. You never really know what you're in for and it seems to bring out the bad side in everyone. I always use caution approaching a stopped vehicle and as soon as I determine I'm dealing with a motor vehicle violation only, I introduce myself and present one of my Shield Cards. Almost always the motorist's demeaner changes from defensive to submissive and recognizes that I'm doing my job and respects me for it. Shield Cards work for me.

Let me first commend you on the beauty of and quality of your business cards, but you may wish to check your quality control. I'm returning 22 cards that are either completely blank or missing the badge. Could you please correct these cards?*
Second, let me warn you that you are one of the best kept secrets in law enforcement cards. This is NOT a good thing. When I mailed in the order form, it was the only one I had. I looked in the box of cards, I could not find any reorder information. Do you want to stay in business? I don't want to tell you how to run your business, but COME ON!

I visited the office of a prominent foreign government official four years ago and gave him my Shield Card. I was astonished on a recent visit to the same office to learn that my Shield Card was still sitting front and center in his desk drawer. Not only did he keep my Shield Card, but he memorized my name and greeted me by my name immediately upon entering his office. To say the least, I was surprised. Shield Cards did it again.
